Michikazu “MICHI” Takahashi had been a Japanese-French chef of great renown for over 10 years in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles.
Since MICHI opened “E・A・T” in Tokyo in 2009, he has grown “E・A・T” to a reputed real American hamburger and Cal-mex diner.
With 25 years of experience in the United States, he has made a number of creative dishes on the menu from healthy salad lunch to Taco-rice and cajun meals, 100% grass-fed beef burgers, pasta and burritos. You can enjoy our frozen margarita with light appetizers and tapas and also experience our meat dishes cooked on our lava stone grill at low temperature with reasonable wines.
